IICSM operates under the authority and guidance of two distinct registered entities. The first of these is UPDEVAPIN (Upliftment through Development, Apprenticeship & Innovation) Council. This council holds registration as a Section 8 company, a status conferred by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, a governmental body of India, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act of 2013. Furthermore, IICSM is also supported by Uday Educational And Social Welfare Society. This society is duly registered under the Society Registration Act 21 of 1860, as recognized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. These registrations ensure that IICSM’s operations are conducted with proper oversight and in compliance with the relevant legal frameworks established by both the central and state governments of India.
IICSM maintains affiliations with a number of prominent educational institutions, including the AISECT Group Universities, encompassing RNTU, SGSU, and Dr. C.V. Raman University. Its network also extends to Mangalayatan University, situated in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. Furthermore, IICSM is connected to Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, and also maintains ties with NIELIT. These affiliations represent a commitment to collaboration within the education sector.
